These are reasons to leave time in the schedule for the hotel itself rather than treating the rooftop merely as a photograph to collect.
Room size and outlook are different decisions
The operator says all 250 rooms have a river outlook. Its room selection lists Avani River View, Panorama River View and Skyline River View options at 30 square metres. Moving between those names is therefore primarily an outlook or positioning decision, not a promise of a much larger bedroom. Confirm the specific category if a particular view is the reason for booking.
The step up in living space comes with suites. The published Junior Suite is 65 square metres, while the larger two- and three-bedroom options add separate living and dining areas. The three-bedroom suite is listed at 167 square metres. Those arrangements are more relevant to a group wanting to sit together indoors than an upgrade made solely for a higher floor. Venue reservations, private events and weather can affect how a rooftop evening works, so a view-led visit benefits from checking those arrangements rather than assuming every terrace is freely available throughout the stay.
The official information lists complimentary parking and a gym with treadmills and weights. Those facilities give a driver or someone maintaining a workout routine concrete alternatives to spending every spare hour on the rooftop, without changing the need to plan onward journeys.

A September guest in a Skyline River View room likewise liked the room view, service and rooftop. Their accounts align with the property’s strongest feature, but they remain individual experiences rather than a promise of identical conditions.
The review collection also gives a useful limitation. A February 2026 River View guest found the room clean and comfortable but felt the location was out of the way; the pool was unavailable after six because of a private event. Management acknowledged that interruption. A September 2026 business guest in a Panorama River View room enjoyed the environment and freshly made Pad Thai but wanted a broader self-service food selection.
The hotel is consequently most compelling for a stay that puts river views and rooftop time ahead of immediate access to central shopping streets. The boat can make the setting enjoyable rather than inconvenient when its timetable suits the itinerary. Check pool events, the room’s exact view category and the last return connection, then allow enough unhurried time to use what makes this property distinctive.
