Emporium Suites by Chatrium is a particularly direct answer to a Phrom Phong shopping stay. The hotel is associated with Emporium and advertises a covered connection to BTS Phrom Phong, with Benjasiri Park nearby. Its accommodation starts with generously sized rooms and extends to multi-bedroom suites. The important choice is how much separation and kitchen space a guest actually needs, rather than simply choosing a room labelled large.

The location supports short trips out and back

The official hotel information places Emporium and EmQuartier within its immediate shopping setting and describes the BTS link as covered. That gives a practical reason to choose this address during hot or wet weather: reaching the station is part of the hotel’s connection to its surroundings. A covered link, however, should not be confused with an indoor route to every restaurant or attraction in the district.

Benjasiri Park provides a different nearby option from the shopping centres. A guest can combine errands, a meal and some time outdoors without treating each outing as a separate taxi journey. For a family that returns to the hotel between activities, that local convenience may be more useful than having an especially elaborate lobby.

Room sizes show meaningful changes in layout

The official room selection lists Deluxe accommodation at 55 square metres, Grand Deluxe at 65 and Executive Deluxe at 80. The Executive Deluxe description includes a private balcony. Those figures make the starting room substantial, but they do not make all three categories identical apartments with different labels. A balcony is a particular inclusion to verify in the selected category.

The One Bedroom Suite is listed at 95 square metres with separate kitchen, dining and living space. A One Bedroom Deluxe Suite increases the area to 115 square metres. For guests keeping different hours, the separation between sleeping and living can matter more than the extra total floor area. A desk or sofa in an open room does not provide the same arrangement as a bedroom with its own door.

Larger parties can compare the 135-square-metre Two Bedroom Suite, which specifies king and queen bedding, with the 160-square-metre Two Bedroom Executive option. Chatrium’s FAQ explicitly confirms kitchens in two- and three-bedroom accommodation. The practical comparison therefore includes bed types and the specific kitchen layout, as well as the headline number of bedrooms.

The pool has a family component

The FAQ places the free-form swimming pool on the seventh floor and lists a jacuzzi and children’s pool alongside it. This gives families a defined leisure facility within the property rather than relying only on the nearby park. Published operating hours can change, so the facility listing is more useful here than treating a particular opening time as permanent.

The combination of a pool and spacious accommodation creates a reason to return during the day. It is particularly relevant for travellers who want to alternate shopping or sightseeing with quieter time in the hotel. That is a different pattern from using the property only for sleep and leaving before breakfast each morning.

Recent guests praise convenience but notice small omissions

An August 2026 Grand Deluxe Twin guest travelling with family liked the BTS convenience and breakfast. Another Grand Deluxe guest, Zeny_Z, appreciated the space and location but reported a missing spoon and a problem with the coffee machine. These are individual observations, yet they give a more useful picture than an unqualified description of flawless service.

Emporium Suites makes most sense when its space and Phrom Phong connection solve specific needs. The favourable location reports are consistent with the official setting, while the small equipment complaint is a reminder that a large room can still have details needing attention. Compare the exact category and included breakfast before deciding how much of the hotel’s wider offering will be useful.
