Fraser Suites Sukhumvit combines apartment living with one of Bangkok’s busy dining streets. Its address is 38/8 Sukhumvit Soi 11, and the operator lists studios through three-bedroom residences and penthouse-style accommodation. Kitchens and separate living spaces are a major part of the attraction. The setting also brings nightlife and rooftop dining into the same building’s daily orbit.
The suite is the main reason to stay
The official website describes fully furnished residences with living, dining, kitchen and bedroom areas, including space for working. It lists a range of layouts rather than one standard suite. That gives travellers a more meaningful choice than a simple view upgrade: a family apartment and an Executive Studio serve different needs, even when they share the same address.
Trip.com guests in an Executive Studio and a One-Bedroom Deluxe room both praised the amount of space during separate 2026 stays. A business traveller in the latter category also liked the modern rooms and common areas. These accounts support the appeal of the apartment format without establishing that every residence has been refurbished to an identical standard.
Soi 11 is outside, the rooftop is upstairs
The operator identifies Charcoal Tandoor Grill & Mixology and Above Eleven Rooftop Bar & Restaurant as dining venues at the property. They are distinct experiences, rather than evidence that all meals are included in a room rate. A visitor who enjoys dining out may like having these options close to the suite; a guest looking only for a quiet residential street should notice the Soi 11 setting.
The official transport information places Nana BTS 500 metres away and lists a complimentary daily tuk-tuk shuttle to Nana, Sukhumvit MRT and Terminal 21. That is a published hotel distance, not a measured walking time. A Trip.com guest appreciated using the tuk-tuk during their visit. The shuttle adds a useful option, but this is not a hotel with a direct platform-to-lobby bridge.

The pool setting will not suit everyone equally
One guest on Trip.com liked the service but found the pool’s position beside the dining area unusual. Another enjoyed the facilities and described a relaxed stay despite the nearby nightlife. These are different personal reactions, and neither establishes whether the pool will be quiet at a particular hour. The relationship between dining and recreation is worth understanding before imagining a secluded pool deck.
The arrival experience also drew a specific criticism: an Executive Studio guest said check-in took longer than necessary when in a hurry. That was one stay rather than a measured average wait. Fraser Suites’ strongest case remains the usable apartment space and the range of food and transport options around it. It makes more sense as a place to live for several days than as a room chosen solely for a pool photograph.
The One-Bedroom Executive in detail
The operator’s One-Bedroom Executive page gives a more precise picture of the residential offering. It lists 52–60 square metres with a separate bedroom, living and dining areas, and space for study or work. The equipment includes a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, crockery and cutlery, plus a washer and dryer. Two smart televisions can be useful when the bedroom and living area are occupied separately.
The same category page lists a bathtub and says a flat-bottomed large tub is available in most apartments, which leaves room for variation. It also states an occupancy of two despite presenting the layout as attractive to couples with children. That is a reason to establish the child and extra-bed terms, not to infer that the floor area permits any family size. The category’s appliance list is a concrete advantage for a longer reservation; it should not be copied across every studio and penthouse without checking the corresponding room description.
The electric stove and supplied crockery make this a documented cooking setup, beyond a simple drinks counter.
