Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 places a shopping mall and two rail systems beside the hotel, so the location has practical value beyond a central address. Guests describe using the lobby connection to Terminal 21 and the station links throughout their stay. The room choice is less uniform: the Superior category has a shower, while the larger Grand Deluxe includes a separate bath.

The mall connection changes everyday errands

A Deluxe Premium guest on Trip.com described a lobby door leading directly into Terminal 21 and a skybridge route to the BTS. That arrangement lets shopping, food and a return to the room fit into the same outing, without turning each small errand into another car journey. The MRT connection adds a second rail network to the location.

Families in both Superior and Grand Deluxe Triple rooms praised the rail access in separate accounts. This is the hotel’s clearest strength for a trip that crosses Bangkok frequently. It is also an urban setting: staying above a major shopping complex is a different experience from choosing a quiet neighbourhood as the main reason to stay.

Superior and Grand Deluxe are not interchangeable

The hotel’s Superior listing gives 32 square metres and king or Hollywood twin bedding. Its equipment includes a microwave, mini-fridge and electric kettle, making a simple snack or a drink in the room straightforward. The bathroom is shower-only, and the hotel explicitly says an extra bed cannot be added to this category.

The Grand Deluxe is listed at 46 square metres, with a separate bathtub and shower and an automatic washlet. City or Benjakitti Park views are mentioned for this category. This is a meaningful difference for anyone who expects a bath after sightseeing; photographs of a larger suite should not establish what is included in a Superior booking.

The Executive Suite photograph on this page is identified by Agoda as that category. It illustrates the property, rather than showing the standard room that every guest receives. The official room distinctions are more useful than treating the gallery as one shared layout.

The larger suite categories offer another option when separate living space matters more than a compact bedroom.

More than a room above a mall

The official facilities list includes tennis, a putting green and mini golf driving range, a jogging track and outdoor recreation space. These are unusually specific additions for a hotel whose most obvious selling point is the shopping connection. They give active guests a reason to allocate time inside the property, rather than treating it only as the shortest route between a bed and the station.

For families, a kids’ room and games room provide different indoor options from the outdoor pool. Jacuzzi, sauna and steam facilities are also listed, with Let’s Relax Spa separately identified. The presence of these facilities does not establish that every treatment, equipment booking or activity is included in a room rate. It does show that the hotel offers more variety than a pool-and-gym checklist suggests. For a mixed-age group, that variety can help balance shopping time with time spent at the hotel, while the mall remains close for meals and errands.

A convenient base with differing room impressions

A Deluxe Premium couple staying in September 2026 praised the clean room, bath and comfortable bed. A Grand Deluxe Triple family described good space and the mall connection, but reported weaker sound insulation during rain. That was one particular stay and does not establish an everyday noise problem in every room.

The strength of Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 is the short route between the room, mall and transport network. Room category then determines how much living space and which bathroom setup accompany that location. It is a strong match for a shopping-and-rail itinerary, with the Superior shower-only layout and the category-specific guest reports worth keeping in view.
