Jasmine Grande Residence is on Rama IV Road in Phra Khanong, at number 4338. Agoda’s current feed calls it Jasmine Grande Residence Suite Bangkok and records the shorter name as the former name. This is the Rama IV property, distinct from Jasmine City near Asok and the group’s other hotels. That distinction matters because the room layouts and transport experience are not interchangeable across the group.
The main attraction is residential space, including multi-bedroom accommodation, rather than being directly beside a central station. The official website advertises a complimentary BTS shuttle. That adds a transport option, but it does not turn the address into a station-connected building or establish an on-demand departure whenever a guest is ready.
Layouts make more difference than the suite label
The current accommodation page lists a 34-square-metre Deluxe room alongside one-, two- and three-bedroom options. The 60-square-metre One-Bedroom Junior Suite and 70-square-metre Complex Suite demonstrate that the range extends beyond adding a small sitting corner to a standard bedroom. The named categories still need to be compared individually: the word “suite” alone does not explain bed arrangements or the number of separate bedrooms.
For families, the Quadruple Suite is listed at 70 square metres with a double and two singles, while the Two-Bedroom Jacuzzi Suite is 120 square metres with the same broad bed combination. The Two-Bedroom Family Suite is separately listed with two doubles. Those distinctions can change whether adults and children share a sleeping space. The official listing should take precedence over assuming that a photograph from one category applies throughout the building.
The pool adds a family reason to stay
The Agoda photograph shows a water slide beside the swimming pool, and a family guest staying in June 2026 specifically identified the slide as a positive part of the visit. This is a concrete feature that differentiates the property from city hotels whose pools are designed mainly for adult lounging or exercise. It can give children a reason to look forward to returning after an outing.
The same guest also appreciated the convenience store on the first floor. A September guest in a Deluxe Exclusive room likewise valued the downstairs 24-hour store and enjoyed the view. These observations make the residential idea more tangible: having daily necessities close at hand can matter during a family or longer stay, independently of the hotel’s star classification.

Space does not erase room-condition differences
The June Two-Bedroom Family Suite guest was less satisfied with the room’s age, small shower, intermittent television and slow lifts. They considered the area inconvenient but managed journeys with ride-hailing. A July returning family, by contrast, praised a spacious One-Bedroom Junior Suite, breakfast and service. These are different categories and different stays, so neither account is a reliable description of every apartment.
A September Deluxe guest reported a balcony that could not be opened, noise from room equipment and disappointing maintenance. The balcony in a property photograph should therefore not be interpreted as a guarantee of an accessible outdoor space for every booking. Another June family also noted limited laundry-room hours. The account is useful as a reminder that residential facilities need not operate continuously; an exact timetable was not established by the sources used here.
The value is in matching the actual household
Jasmine Grande Residence is most compelling when the sleeping arrangements and extra living space solve a real problem for the travelling group. Two bedrooms, separate beds and a pool slide can matter more to a family than a fashionable lobby or rooftop bar. The convenience store adds practical value, while the official shuttle provides an option for reaching rail services.
The qualification is the uneven room-condition evidence and the need to plan transport from Rama IV. A large floor area is not the same as a newly finished room, and a shuttle is not the same as immediate BTS access. The property makes a specific case for space-conscious families and groups who understand those trade-offs. It is less persuasive if the main priorities are walking straight onto the train and uniformly fresh interiors.
