The terrace is a shared venue, not a private outdoor extension of every apartment. For a group comparing larger units, the meaningful questions are the bedrooms, bathrooms and permitted occupancy, while the rooftop is an additional shared space to enjoy when its venue arrangements permit.
A February 2025 one-bedroom guest liked having the washer but found its instructions unclear. For a family doing laundry between outings, asking staff to demonstrate the machine early is more practical than discovering an unfamiliar drying cycle on departure morning.
Hotel facilities alongside the kitchen
