Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit is on Soi 13, with a rooftop pool and a room collection ranging from 32-square-metre Deluxe rooms to much larger one-bedroom suites. The hotel name alone does not mean every room has a separate bedroom or a balcony. A June 2026 family account makes that distinction useful: they liked the separate living area in their suite but found the lack of a balcony and clothes-drying space inconvenient, and experienced noise on their first night.
Soi 13 is a location choice of its own
The official address is 23/2 Sukhumvit Soi 13. Radisson describes a complimentary tuk-tuk service to help reach public transport, which is a different arrangement from a direct station bridge. It gives visitors an option for the local journey, but this review does not turn that service into a fixed timetable or a promise that a vehicle will be waiting whenever you leave.
A Deluxe guest travelling with friends in September 2025 enjoyed the nearby bars and restaurants, the rooftop pool and the spacious room. A different June 2026 visitor described the hotel setting as relatively calm during their stay. Both are specific impressions, rather than proof that Soi 13 is uniformly noisy or quiet. The local street and the room you occupy can produce quite different experiences.
The suite collection has meaningful steps in space
Radisson lists the Deluxe Room at 32 square metres with a king or twin beds, and the Junior Suite at 40 square metres with a king bed. The One Bedroom Suite is 55 square metres. The extra bedroom separation in the last category is a functional change, rather than simply a larger bed area. It is useful for a couple or family who want someone to be able to read, work or relax outside the sleeping space.
The One Bedroom Suite with Balcony is listed separately at 61 square metres, while the One Bedroom Premium Suite is 82 square metres. This matters because a guest in the standard One Bedroom Suite may have no balcony, even though a different category’s photographs show one. The published bathroom image here is a property illustration, not a promise that every room contains the same bathroom arrangement or view.

What the June family account adds
A family reviewing a four-night June 2026 stay liked their One Bedroom Suite’s layout, cleanliness and separate living area. They also found that wet clothes were awkward to dry because the room had no balcony or clothes rack. This is a particularly useful detail for guests planning frequent swims: a comfortable lounge does not automatically solve the practical issue of drying swimwear inside the accommodation.
The same family reported noise from outside or a neighbouring room on the first night. That should stay attached to their experience, rather than become a claim that every room has poor sound insulation. It nevertheless belongs beside praise for the suite, because a traveller sensitive to night noise could assess the report very differently from someone whose main priority is living space.
A rooftop break without leaving the hotel
Radisson identifies its rooftop swimming facilities and the eighth-floor Holli Bolli Rooftop Bar. The pool and bar add a reason to return to the property during the day or evening, alongside the nearby dining described by guests. They are distinct facilities; enjoying the rooftop outlook does not mean drinks or every hotel service are included in the accommodation rate.
This Radisson is easiest to choose by room layout and the way you plan to use Soi 13. The Deluxe, Junior Suite, standard One Bedroom and balcony category each offer something different. Recent accounts support friendly service and comfortable suite space, while the family’s report makes balcony access, drying arrangements and night noise concrete considerations. Those details are more helpful than assuming that the word Suites guarantees the same residential setup across the whole hotel.
